My Personal Style: Take A Little Coffee Break September 18 2016, 6 Comments
The importance of rituals... I guess the need for ritual is a basic human instinct, as urgent as our need for food, shelter and love. Everybody, everywhere seems to be busy and stress is becoming an assumption of modern life. So, it's important to take time for yourself, even if only half an our a day. I always love to take some time while being busy in Ljubljana city center and just take a little coffee break, sit down, relax and observe the people rushing around, some dressed really well and therefore being my inspiration and food for my soul... So, here I am, taking some time off during a busy day, wearing my absolute favorites: The Lie by JPZ statement shirt from SS 16 CiTy cHiC collection & black croc shopper with this amazing leopard coat from the latest FW 16/17 Haute Hippie collection. Yes, always, every fall, there is a leopard trend fashioistas just can't avoid, making it urban, edgy and super cool!

My Personal Style: Checking In From St. Maarten November 16 2015, 4 Comments
Even though I love winter and layering looks that come with it, winter weather is no match for these sunny relaxing escapes. A super busy month is behind me, sleeping only four hours per night and even this was too much for all the work that had to be done, and so it was time for some rest. Time to come back again to my beloved destination and get some rest on gorgeous Caribbean island of St. Maarten! And when it gets down to warm-weather getaways, there comes the time for long flowy dresses, straw bags, statement jewellery pieces in bold vivid colours and turbans!! It's funny you see, that in the summer vacations, I always go for more relaxing looks, probably, because I am already tired of fever. But when I change cold weather for warm in the winter, well then this tropical heat gives me the energy to dress up in beautiful long gowns for the late afternoon and evening city strolls. Maybe also because I know I won't be able to wear them for another 6 months. I think that for this particular look I've got inspired by the jungle and all the beautiful tropical vegetation. Haha, I guess you agree, right?

My Personal Style: Check And Leopard - Fall Pattern Mixing & Matching vol. 3 November 11 2015, 4 Comments
Pattern mixing & matching style guide continues... Have you ever wonder how to wear different prints at once, without looking like you got dressed in the dark? When in doubt, this one always works:
1. Use printed accessories for a lighter touch.
Dominating red check print can be beautifully accented with brown leopard accessory. A pair of leopard shoes or a fabulous tote will always do the trick. In fall I absolutely love to match leopard with check pattern and playfully accenting the outfit with beautiful fur pieces, such as our iconic The Lie by JPZ green vest or/and statement jewellery, such as our tassel necklaces. For a truly dazzling appearance, layer two or even three of them and go sophisticated with Basic Minimalistic Shopper in elegant croc print.

My Personal Style: Pepita And Leopard - Fall Pattern Mixing & Matching vol. 2 November 07 2015, 5 Comments
As I already mentioned before, I love mixing and matching different patterns. When done well, this kind of looks can be considered a form of art indeed! This time, I kept it simple, elegant and chic, so I went for two basic rules. If you only just started experimenting with prints, I suggest you try this technique for a "safe" beginning:
1. Keep your fabrics in the same colour family
2. Pick two different prints that share a colour
3. Choose one print to dominate and one as an accent.
You see, classic pepita pattern works really well with not so common white leopard print. The dominating piece in this look is pepita coat, subtly accented with out beautiful The Lie by JPZ white leopard tote. Leopard pattern is timeless and there should be leopard tote in every fashionista's wardrobe. This beautiful haircalf leather with white leopard print makes this bag the kind of statement piece, that can be easily combined with dark or bright colours and thus perfect for fall, winter and many other pattern mixing and matching experiments!

My Personal Style: Travel Outfit - Fall Pattern Mixing & Matching vol. 1 October 24 2015, 5 Comments
It's been quite hectic lately, I am travelling a lot and already got the feeling that I am basically living in my suitcases. But, I love to travel, so I shouldn't complain much.
When it comes to clothing for long hour flights, I definitely prefer comfort, which can also be done in a very trendy way. However, when I fly to a business meeting, I still like to look chic. Being in a fashion business I can afford more relaxed versions of "business" look, or I should better say much more relaxed version.
What I love about fall is that there comes a whole wide spectrum of patterns that are simply not supposed to be worn in the summer, such as check pattern, which I absolutely adore. And also animal prints work much better in fall. So, this time, I went for a lot of patterns at a time - as you see, I paired stripes with check, leopard and even orange zebra pattern! Yes, I admit, I love the pattern drama!
This time, the perfect coat for my business trip to Bucharest became our black wool mid length statement coat, trimmed with black fur from our current FALL WINTER 2015/2016 collection From Russia With Love. It's just so chic, isn't it?
And yes, when travelling, I just love to wear one big bag, where I can put all the necessary stuff (and also those not so necessary, to be honest), such as our Basic Minimalistic Shopper and a smaller one, Where I keep my phone, flight ticket and passport within the reach of hand (because of course, in the big bag, you just simply can not find anything among all that stuff). You know, why wear only one bag, when you can wear two or even the third one, attached to your tote (that is of course, if you do not travel with the low cost airline company, where only one cabin bag is permitted on board – when did the travelling became so stressful???).

Get The Trend: Shop The Brown Leopard Family August 31 2015, 6 Comments
Embrace the ultimate fall trend and go for brown leopard luxury! Yes, leopard is a must go to for fall and a little bit of leopard can go a long way. The simpler and more monochromatic the rest of your look, the more that touch of leopard will pop. Of course, you can also go crazy and mix it with other graphic patterns, this works very well too, but for those, who like to be on the safe side, monochromatic with a pop of leo will work best. Wear it in the form of a statement belt to subtly draw attention to your waist, or go for even more statement leopard totes and clutches which will not let you go unnoticed.
Enormous Statement Tote Brown Leopard is definitely for all big bag lovers out there. Big enough to store in it all your documents and even laptop, this tote is every business woman's dream.
Eye-catching leopard print detail on snow white leather definitely attracts attention and adds a hint of attitude to your outfit. Go for Snow White & Brown Leopard Treasure Clutch - lovely accessory, you just gotta have - or stunning Small Clutch Snow White & Brown Leopard Collision, which is spacious enough for all your essentials and so it definitely deserves a special place in your fall wardrobe for day or evening attire.
Leopard print haircalf and bold golden hardware add an exotic edge to the gorgeous Statement Rectangular Brown Leopard Tote. If you are a pattern-wearing kind of chick, then you absolutely must adopt this statement beauty.
Our statement leopard belts, embellished with golden designer plaque and sophisticated leopard detail from haircalf skin will add a hint of wilderness to your day-to-night look. Snow White & Brown Leopard Masterpiece Heart Belt will give your outfit bold and trendy look or go for Classic Snow White & Brown Leopard Waist Belt and beautifully accentuate your body figure.
Leopard is a neutral. To be precise - it's three neutrals in one: black, khaki, and white and there is just something about a leopard-print bag or belt that feels particularly versatile. These kind of accessories just go with everything. The Lie by JPZ luxurious handmade bags and belts in chic brown leopard haircalf skin truly are the perfect fall investment pieces.
